Freight
We do not accept any transport of goods without the customer's supervision. Which means that when the company prepares the Export Lot, there is a need for the person responsible or the representative to be present.
Return and
Reimbursement
If the customer is not satisfied with our services after completing the transaction, they can complain to our call center and we will refund the amount.
Guarantee
Our services are guaranteed from the first connection. After a process of several meetings in the hybrid or in-person model, recognized protocol documents are signed to guarantee the entire transaction process.
